Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled IT recruiter to join our team.
- Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment processes, staying up-to-date on various IT technologies and business units, and building Boolean strings for candidate sourcing.
- A strong background in core IT technologies, basic knowledge of emerging trends, and hands-on experience with W2 employment models is essential.
- Expertise in recruiting diverse talent, including US citizens, green card holders, and EADs, as well as proficiency in negotiating compensations and working with recruiting portals like Dice and Monster.
- Experience with ATS-VMS systems and the ability to work in multiple time zones (US timings / Night Shift) are also required.
