Key Responsibilities :
- Own a category of merchant customers, driving growth in relationships, revenue, product usage, and adoption.
- Develop strategies and tactics to expand the merchant base across business categories.
- Create pitch decks, product documentation, RFP responses, and commercial / technical proposals.
- Strengthen customer relationships, collaborating with managers and cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions.
- Identify opportunities for product co-creation with internal teams based on customer insights.
- Collaborate with legal teams to structure contracts favorable to both customers and Easebuzz.
- Drive adoption of payment-related product use-cases and solutions, requiring strong technical understanding.
- Analyze customer interactions to derive actionable insights and convert them into business or product opportunities.
