Customer Success Manager (1-3 years required)

Work Location : New Delhi, India (Hybrid)

Work Shift : 5 days a week, 9 hours a day

Please Note : We will conduct first 3 months of training in our Bangalore office (HSR Layout) and then you can shift to Delhi.

Having worked with 500+ clients and touch based with over 20 lakhs lives to date we are looking for a dynamic and committed Customer Success Manager.

• Building Strong Relationship with L1
• Should be able to plan & execute all webinars / programs / campaigns (Engagement overall)
• Should be able to do Launches
• Should be able to analyze the data, create reports and send
• Should be able to do Mentoring of CSM-1
• Should be able to do Engagement Discussions without the presence of SCSM and Report discussions if required
• Be a part of some important process
• Should be able to travel
• Escalation handling
• Should be able drive High Retention in his / her portfolio of accounts.
• Should be able to Report Red flags
• Should be able to collaborate with cross functional teams.
