We at Astrotalk are looking for a highly motivated Operations Associate to join our internal operations team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work closely with the management team on an assigned operations project
- Oversee end-to-end operational workflows , ensuring smooth planning, execution, and delivery
- Conduct detailed research to identify gaps, opportunities, and best practices for process improvement
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and timely outcomes
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend actionable, improvements
