Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Ceipal ATS Administrator & MIS Resource to manage, configure, and optimize our Ceipal Applicant Tracking System while generating accurate recruitment performance reports and analytics.
This role will support the recruitment team by ensuring smooth ATS operations, maintaining data integrity, and producing actionable insights through MIS reporting.
Key Responsibilities :
ATS Administration (Ceipal) :
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Ceipal ATS, including user account creation, access control, and permissions.
- Configure workflows, job templates, and fields to align with recruitment processes.
- Troubleshoot ATS-related issues and coordinate with Ceipal support for resolution.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across the ATS.
- Integrate ATS with job boards, email systems, and other recruitment tools.
- Conduct user training sessions for recruiters and hiring managers on Ceipal features and best practices.
MIS & Reporting :
Create and maintain recruitment dashboards and reports for leadership, clients, and stakeholders.Track key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, submission-to-interview ratios, offer acceptance rates, and recruiter productivity.Provide weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports in Excel, Power BI, or Ceipals built-in reporting module.Analyze hiring trends and provide insights to improve efficiency.Process & Compliance :
Maintain recruitment data in compliance with organizational policies and data privacy regulations.Ensure VMS / MSP reporting requirements are met for client accounts.Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for ATS usage and reporting.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Experience : 35+ years of experience with Ceipal ATS administration and MIS reporting in a recruitment or staffing environment.ATS Expertise : Strong knowledge of Ceipal configuration, integrations, and troubleshooting.Reporting Skills : Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts) and familiarity with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.Recruitment Process Knowledge : Understanding of full-cycle recruitment, VMS / MSP processes, and US staffing workflows.Communication Skills : Ability to explain technical ATS processes to non-technical team members.Detail-Oriented : Strong focus on accuracy, data quality, and compliance.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
