AP Costing Analyst

Role : Costing Analyst

Location : Palwal (Plant site)

Note : Monday through Saturday (5.5 Days working)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Job Work Transaction Monitoring
• Reconcile inventory inflow and outflow through job work transactions.
• Ensure all discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
• WIP GL Review
• Ensure WIP clearing is zero at the end of each day.
• Investigate and address any inconsistencies in the WIP GL.
• Production-Related Queries
• Respond to production and inventory-related issues.
• Collaborate with the production team to resolve challenges efficiently.
• Correction of Inventory
• Implement inventory corrections such as map changes and stock creation.
• Ensure system records accurately reflect physical inventory.
• Material Inventory Reconciliation
• Conduct regular reconciliation of system-generated inventory reports.
• Ensure alignment between physical and system records.

CMA fully qualified

Competencies

Prior experience of working in a startup environment would be an added advantage
