We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong industry knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with project and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Manage the sales team (if applicable), providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation.
- Report regularly on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
