Job Summary :
The General Manager HR Business Partner acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, leading the HRBP function across a headcount of 15,000 - 20,000 employees, including agents and associates. This role is responsible for driving employee engagement, retention, diversity, and culture across business units while ensuring operational and strategic HR excellence. The role requires a highly proactive, people-centric, and hands-on leader with a strong ability to influence and align people strategy with business goals.

Strategic HR Partnership
Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategy with business outcomesDrive workforce readiness and organization design to support growth and transformationChampion strategic HR initiatives with measurable impactEmployee Lifecycle Management
Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle : hire to retireEnsure consistent delivery of onboarding, performance management, talent development, and exitsImplement scalable HR processes for a high-volume workforceEmployee Engagement & Culture
Lead initiatives that improve eNPS, employee satisfaction, and workplace cultureDesign and execute engagement strategies that are inclusive, data-backed, and action-orientedFoster a high-performance, inclusive, and people-first cultureAttrition Management & Retention
Analyze trends and reasons for attrition across various levelsDesign and implement retention frameworks, especially for associate and agent populationsEngage with business heads to address people risks proactivelyDiversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)

Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or a related field;MBA preferred
