Senior Java Developer – L3

The Senior Java Developer will play a key role in the design, development, customization, and support of the i-Recon project. The candidate must possess strong expertise in Core and Advanced Java with proven hands-on development experience, preferably in the Banking and Financial Services domain. Reconciliation knowledge will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end design, development, and implementation of Java-based applications for the i-Recon project
• Write efficient, reusable, and scalable code using Core Java and Advanced Java concepts
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Project Managers to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of applications
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers
• Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices in software development
• Work closely with banking stakeholders to ensure domain alignment
• Support reconciliation-related application modules and enhancements
• Documentation of technical specifications and user guides
