Key Responsibilities :
Leadership & Team Management : Lead and manage a team of branch staff, providing direction, guidance, and motivation to ensure the successful implementation of our financial inclusion programs and achievement of business targets.
Operational Oversight : Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple branches, ensuring effective implementation of all policies and procedures. You will be the primary point of contact for all operational issues within your cluster.
Strategic Execution : Drive initiatives to improve service quality and customer satisfaction, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities and stakeholders to enhance our brand presence and expand our reach.
Performance & Cost Control : Monitor the financial performance of your cluster, control operational costs, and implement strategies to drive profitability and sustainable growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Leadership : Proven leadership and team management skills, with a focus on coaching and developing talent.
Experience : Prior experience in a leadership role within banking, finance, or microfinance.
Communication : Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in the local language.
Problem-Solving : Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of financial products, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
Education : A Bachelor's / Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
