Job description8+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors HCM consulting, with a focus on SF ONB Proven experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding. Document customer business needs, implemented / configured processes, and any unresolved open action-items; deliver this documentation to Customer Support. SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding certification (Mandatory). Experience with onboarding analytics and experience platforms. Exposure to compliance and regulatory onboarding requirements. Experience in process design for the SF ONB process and present solutions. Deep understanding of SF RCM and SF EC modules. Expert in writing complex business rules. Accountable for day-to-day work and collaborate with project manager and team members to ensure a successful project outcome Work independently .
