Role Summary
This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT support and help desk operations within a global technology environment. The intern will work closely with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve hardware / software issues, assist in system setups, and deliver excellent internal customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- assist users with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- support installation and configuration of computer systems and applications
- document technical issues and resolutions in ticketing tools
- escalate unresolved incidents to appropriate teams as per guidelines
- maintain asset records and support inventory audits
- provide support for email, VPN, and other IT services under supervision
- assist in onboarding support including system setup for new employees
Basic Qualifications
currently pursuing or recently completed a degree / diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fieldunderstanding of basic IT concepts and Microsoft Office Suiteeagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced IT environmentPreferred Qualifications
coursework or certifications in IT support, hardware, or networking ( CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications)Skills Required
