Job descriptionIATA Certification or Diploma in aviation. (mandatory) Knowledge of Amadeus GDS (additional GDS knowledge is a plus). Freshers are encouraged to apply; prior internship / experience in reservations / refunds will be an added advantage. Excellent communication skills (verbal & written). Attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title : Refunds Associate (International Airlines)
Location : Vikhroli West
Job Type : Full-time
Shifts : Rotational Shifts with 1 rotational week off
Pick-up drop facilities provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Process refund requests in Amadeus and other GDS platforms.
- Verify passenger eligibility and fare rules before initiating refunds.
- Handle customer queries related to refund status, cancellations, and policies.
- Maintain accuracy in processing and update records in accordance with company policies.
- Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring adherence to airline standards.
