Job Description :
- The core responsibility includes sourcing deals, doing business and financial research and diligence on startups that are raising capital, analyzing in depth their industry, competition, and creating a detailed research note.
- Do in-depth industry research involving global and domestic industry data and mapping of the entire chain of participants
- Performing due diligence, engaging with founders and liaison with the legal counsel in deal closure
- Research on deals, trends, transactions in startup early-stage ecosystem
- Build a network of industry participants across company’s industry coverage.
- Writing update notes and reports
- Doing industry networking across various industries where the fund has exposure.
- Build a strong connect with the company’s portfolio company managements.
