Group CFO - Real estate developer (Immediate Start)

Job overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Group CFO for a REAL ESTATE Developer in Bangalore.

This strategic leadership role transcends traditional finance responsibilities, emphasizing growth, profitability, and long-term vision.

The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant or possess an MBA in Finance from a premier institution, with over 25 years of progressive financial leadership. We seek a visionary with a proven track record as a CFO in a listed company or an organization preparing for listing, ideally with experience in real estate, infrastructure, or related industries.

As a vital member of the leadership team, you will work closely with the Managing Director and the Chairman’s Office to co-create business strategy, enhance capital market engagement, and lead our digital finance transformation. Your expertise in capital markets, fundraising, and investor relations will be crucial.
