Understanding client problems Ensures prompt and proper resolution of client queries by providing additional information or escalating the issue Take accountability and responsibility for the work assigned Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work collaboratively with other departments Handle multiple projects / assignments at the same time Build client relations

We are looking for a customer-centric and cordial E-Commerce Business Associate who can streamline all e-commerce activities. You should be able to forecast sales and resolve conflicts. You should be able to grow the business using positive customer experience.

- Coordinate with the E-Commerce Manager in planning promotional offers and product discounts
- Organize e-commerce activities
