• Coordination for implementation of ISO 14001 : 2015
• Coordination for implementation of ISO 45001 : 2018
• Coordinating with statutory bodies like with KSPCB / DoF / AERB / PESO / EPR
• To ensure legal compliance, submission of returns, licenses, consents, CFE, CFO, authorizations etc.
• Knowledge on XGN / e-LORA
• Knowledge on NBC / NFPA / Karnataka Factories Rules
• Knowledge on Sustainability / SDG / ESG
• Compliance tool management
• Equipment / Machine Safety release process
• Contractor safety & Permit to work management.
• Plant / building layout review
• Fire and emergency service management
• Radiation equipment safety management & compliance
• HIRA & Aspect impact assessment
• Chemical assessment
• New employee / contractor training
• EHSMS documentation
• Conduct periodic Evacuation drill for emergency preparedness for industrial & environmental hazards
• Incident investigation & follow-up for CAPA / updating in Incident Management System
• Monitoring & supervision of Sewage treatment plant process
• Monitoring & supervision of Effluent treatment plant process
• Solid &Hazardous waste management compliance
• Corporate data reporting
• Knowledge on Digitalization topics
• Hazard / Near miss reporting & action tracking management
• Plan and implement HSE campaigns

Qualifications

BE, Environmental / Mechanical / Chemical & PG diploma in Industrial Safety.

1-4 years of experience in Engg / Auto components Manufacturing
