Senior E-Commerce Manager / Head of E-Commerce (D2C Focus)
Experience : 7+ years in E-commerce, with 1+ year in senior leadership
Location : Lower Parel west, Mumbai (Full time- Office)
Role Overview
Drive the end-to-end e-commerce growth strategy for the brand across marketplaces and D2C channels, with full ownership of revenue, profitability, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall e-commerce strategy for marketplaces and D2C website to accelerate revenue, profitability, and ROI.
- Drive business performance on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces through data-led decisions, growth planning, and operational excellence.
- Oversee daily e-commerce operations including planning, inventory, pricing, promotions, catalog quality, and customer experience.
- Collaborate with marketing to execute high-impact performance campaigns, conversion optimization, and brand-building initiatives.
- Strengthen marketplace relationships, negotiate better terms, and unlock new growth opportunities.
- Evaluate and expand into new e-commerce channels and distribution models.
- Build and lead a high-performing e-commerce team with strong process discipline and accountability.
- Deliver robust reporting, insights, and forecasts for leadership decision-making.
