Role : Senior Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead in Scrum Team

Location : Ahmedabad

Team : You will lead multiple scrum teams across offices, driving Agile transformation and delivery excellence. Teams are domain-focused and aligned with organizational priorities.

Impact :

As a Senior Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead, you will :

• Serve as a strategic facilitator between Product Owners, Developers, QA, UAT, and business stakeholders.
• Champion Agile best practices, coach teams, and remove organizational impediments.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely rollout to production.
• Mentor and develop Jr . scrum masters within the organization.
• Influence organizational Agile maturity and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
