Role Overview

We are looking for a well-spoken, detail-oriented, and discreet Personal Secretary to support senior leadership in both professional and personal affairs. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, highly organized, and comfortable handling sensitive information with complete confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Manage and organize calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence including emails, letters, and memos.
  • Coordinate with internal staff and external stakeholders on behalf of leadership.

Personal Assistance

  • Handle select personal tasks such as reservations, errands, shopping, and reminders.
  • Assist with personal event planning, gifts, schedules, and family coordination when required.
  • Maintain documentation, confidential records, and follow-up trackers.
  • Communication & Liaison

  • Serve as the point of contact between senior management and external parties (vendors, clients, partners).
  • Coordinate appointments with clients, doctors, and wellness professionals.
  • Assist with hospitality arrangements for visitors and VIP guests.
  • Task & Time Management

  • Prioritize and track daily action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Follow up on delegated tasks and provide regular status updates.
  • Maintain a smooth workflow and flag urgent matters proactively.
  • Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Hospitality.
  • 3–6 years of experience in a similar role (preferably for a business leader, doctor, or entrepreneur).
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and preferably Marathi.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital scheduling tools.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.

  • Polished and presentable; comfortable interacting with high-profile guests.
  • Calm under pressure and responsive to dynamic priorities.
  • A background in healthcare, hospitality, or wellness environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with lifestyle management and concierge-level support.
