Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to drive policy advocacy, sectoral projects, and strategic partnerships across energy, power, renewables, green hydrogen, transmission, highways, tunnelling, and civil aviation.
About the Role :
- This is a senior leadership position that requires 12–15 years of experience in policy advocacy, consulting, or research-driven organizations with a strong understanding of energy, power, and infrastructure sector policy.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for formulating strategies for revenue generation through sponsorships, projects, and memberships.
- A key aspect of this role involves engaging with government ministries such as MoP, MNRE, MoRTH, MoCA, NHAI, NHIDCL, BRO, DGCA, and AAI.
- The successful candidate will draft policy representations, industry position papers, and consultation responses, while facilitating dialogues, roundtables, and advisory committees on critical issues like power reforms, renewable integration, transmission bottlenecks, infrastructure investment, regulatory hurdles, safety, and innovation.
- They will also lead projects in energy and infrastructure (RE, Power, Hydro / PSP, Green Hydrogen, Highways, Bridges and Tunnelling) with consulting firms and knowledge partners.
- In addition, they will develop research reports, advocacy notes, surveys, case studies, and policy compendiums.
- The chosen candidate will conceptualize and execute conferences, summits, seminars, and CEO roundtables on energy transition, civil aviation, highways, and tunnelling.
- Representing our organization in national and international forums, they will build networks with corporates, PSUs, regulators, and multilateral agencies.
- One of their key objectives will be to drive membership growth by converting non-members into Council members.
- Lastly, they will contribute to annual business plans, budgets, and long-term growth strategies.
