Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of ML and deep learning models using Python, TensorFlow, and AWS SageMaker.
• Build and optimize Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions, including RAG pipelines and LLMs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI / ML solutions.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs for integrating ML models into production systems.
• Design and optimize NoSQL or RDBMS database schemas to support AI-driven applications.
• Provide program leadership in AI adoption, including governance, best practices, and change enablement.
• Evaluate emerging GenAI technologies and frameworks, recommending innovative solutions for business needs.
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of deployed AI systems in cloud environments such as AWS.
• Document processes, create technical specifications, and mentor junior engineers on AI / ML development best practices.
