Job descriptionBuild and maintain backend services using JavaScript (Node.js) and Python. Create scalable APIs, database integrations, and microservices. Optimize backend performance and ensure security best practices. Lead development of React-based UI with seamless integrations. Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and performance optimization. Build tools and solutions for attack surface discovery, vulnerability detection, and reduction. Collaborate with SOC teams to automate alerting, incident response workflows, and threat detection logic. Integrate security best practices into development lifecycle and CI / CD pipelines. Set up and maintain automated CI / CD pipelines for rapid and secure deployments. Drive DevSecOps practices and ensure secure build and release processes. Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers. Collaborate with architects, product teams, and cybersecurity analysts to deliver reliable and secure software. Programming & Frameworks : Strong expertise in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, and SQL databases. AI / GenAI : Experience in building and integrating AI / GenAI solutions, including prompt engineering, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, etc.). Cybersecurity : Hands-on experience in attack surface discovery / reduction, SOC operations, SIEM tools, vulnerability scanning, and secure coding practices. DevOps / CI / CD : Strong understanding of pipelines, Git workflows, containerization (Docker / Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP). Code Quality : Proven track record in code reviews, architectural design, and technical leadership. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills. Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration abilities. Prior experience working in cybersecurity-focused products or SOC environments. Certifications : OSCP, CEH, CISSP, AWS Security, or equivalent will be plus Knowledge of security frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, NIST) and compliance (SOC2, ISO 27001).
