About the Role :
We are looking for a rockstar Paid Social Media Buyer to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone with hands-on experience running Meta ads — and ideally, who’s also managed one or two other paid social platforms (like TikTok, Pinterest, or Snapchat).
You’ll be working closely with our US-based media buyers to support campaign execution, reporting, testing, and creative setup. We’re looking for someone detail-obsessed, who can handle large ad budgets without missing a beat and thrives in a fast-moving, data-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in building, launching, and optimizing paid social campaigns (primarily Meta).
- Support campaign setup across additional channels (TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) as needed.
- Prepare reports, performance decks, and data insights for internal and client reviews.
- Help set up creative tests, track performance metrics, and flag optimization opportunities.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in ad builds, naming conventions, and data tracking.
- Collaborate with the broader media buying team to continuously improve account performance.
Requirements
Qualifications :
2+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta required; experience on other channels a plus).Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting campaign data.Extremely detail-oriented — accuracy and precision are non-negotiable.Comfortable managing high-budget accounts and multiple ad sets simultaneously.Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and reporting tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Data Studio).Excellent communication and organization skills.Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
