Roles & Responsibilities :

• Work closely with the Business team and employees to improve workplace relationships, build morale, and boost productivity and retention.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to line management (e.G., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions etc.)
• Innovate & implement employee engagement strategies, execution as per engagement calendar
• Mediate and resolve employee relations issues;

conduct thorough and objective investigations as and when necessary.
