Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Medical Tourism Operations Manager. The position involves coordinating medical appointments, managing patient services, and liaising between patients, doctors, and hospitals. Responsibilities also include handling logistics, providing timely updates to patients, and ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure. This is an on-site role located in Navi Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Experience in customer service and patient management
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with the healthcare industry and medical procedures is a plus
• Master&aposs / Bachelor&aposs degree in Hospital Management, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
