Designation – Executive Assistant cum Office Manager
Role -
Good business drafting / reviewing skills
Project management - Provide coordination, monitoring and communication of project on a daily basis
Prepare SWOT / study the industry
Assist in development of presentations for internal and external audience
Reading / researching documents / papers; collecting and analysing information
Coordinate meetings
Prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
Office management
Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
Managing follow ups, attending meetings and making and tracking minutes of meetings
Making MIS reports and presentation and Business Analysis
Ensure the target audience database is current, accurate, and segmented for optimal use.
Such other duties relating to the above, as may be assigned from time to time
Skills
Good grasp of computer software and programmes, such as Microsoft Office
