Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Lead to drive recruitment strategies, ensure timely hiring, and enhance workforce diversity. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in hiring for Sales functions, diversity hiring, managing hiring within TAT, and leading campus hiring initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Sales Hiring :

• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs for the Sales function and develop sourcing strategies.
• Identify and attract top sales talent across levels through various sourcing channels.
• Ensure the selection of high-performing sales professionals aligned with business goals.

Key Requirements :

✅ 4 + years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on Sales hiring.

✅ Proven expertise in diversity hiring strategies .

✅ Experience in campus hiring initiatives and university relations .

✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring TATs .

✅ Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

✅ Proficiency in recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and data-driven hiring approaches.
