Position Overview :
The Hiring Manager at Zil Money will oversee end-to-end recruitment for both IT and non-IT roles, partnering with global and domestic teams to deliver top talent for our payments and subscription platforms. The role requires effective use of ATS tools and frequent collaboration with US management staff.
Responsibilities :
- Lead sourcing, headhunting, and placement for both IT (developers, software engineers, tech support) and non-IT (operations, customer support, HR, finance) functions.
- Partner with business heads to identify hiring needs for all departments, ensuring role requirements are well-defined.
- Manage candidate pipelines for both IT and non-IT roles using ATS tools.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for a diverse range of technical and non-technical positions.
- Coordinate hiring processes with US management staff, facilitating seamless communication and feedback exchange.
- Deliver regular hiring analytics and process improvement reports using ATS capabilities.
- Ensure compliant, inclusive, and fair recruitment practices across all business units.
- Guide smooth onboarding for new hires, whether technical or non-technical.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment, with a proven record of both IT and non-IT hiring.Proficiency with ATS tools (e.G., Greenhouse, Lever, JazzHR, Zoho Recruit).Strong communication and stakeholder management, particularly with US-based leadership.Experience in headhunting and direct sourcing for a variety of roles.Skills :
