Key Roles and Responsibilities :
- Collect, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders and customers.
- Design workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements, especially within customer support operations.
- Create clear and concise documentation such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), user stories, and process maps.
- Effectively communicate requirements and technical details to both business and IT teams, as well as client stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between customer support teams, technical teams, and key stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with team members, providing timely and clear updates.
- Clean, manipulate, and analyze data to derive meaningful insights and provide updates.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress by tracking activities, resolving issues, publishing progress reports, and recommending necessary actions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis processes and best practices.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.Minimum 3 years of experience in Business / System Analysis or Quality Assurance.Proven expertise in eliciting requirements and developing BRDs / FRDs.Experience in data analysis, drawing business-relevant conclusions, and data visualization techniques / tools.Basic knowledge of process documentation creation.Strong verbal and written communication skills, including technical writing.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, data validation, conditional formatting, and charts.Detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive mindset.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Highly organized with excellent time-management skills.Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate closely to determine acceptable solutions.Experience preparing detailed reports and delivering presentations to stakeholders.Skills Required
