Role Description

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Intern for our Kochi office. This is a full-time, on-site role with a monthly stipend of ₹15,000. The internship runs for 6 months (probation period).

The intern will be responsible for assisting in the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts, analyzing web traffic, and developing marketing strategies. In addition, they must have strong graphic design and video editing skills to produce engaging content across multiple formats—posts, reels, long-form videos, and advertisements.

By the end of the 6-month internship, if performance is outstanding, the intern will be offered a full-time role with a 3 LPA (₹3,00,000 CTC) package.

Responsibilities

• Design and publish social media creatives (static & motion graphics).
• Plan, script, design infographic posts for instagram-facebook -linkedin & edit short-form content(instagram reels, youtube shorts videos) and long-form videos (YouTube, ads, training content).
• Assist in executing paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
• Manage and grow company social media accounts.
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with the team to develop fresh marketing strategies.
• Maintain a content portfolio to showcase work.
