RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Patient Coordination : Coordinate patient appointments, admissions, and discharges, ensuring smooth transitions and efficient medical service delivery
• Medical Records Management : Maintain and manage accurate medical records, including patient history, treatment plans, and relevant documentation
• Physician and Staff Coordination : Coordinate schedules and communication between physicians, medical staff, and other healthcare professionals
• Patient Advocacy : Serve as an advocate for patients, addressing their concerns, providing information, and ensuring a positive healthcare experience
• Medical Equipment and Supplies : Coordinate the procurement, maintenance, and distribution of medical equipment and supplies
• Insurance Verification : Work with insurance providers to verify coverage, obtain pre-authorizations, and facilitate billing processes
• Patient Education Programs : Assist in the development and coordination of patient education programs and materials
• Quality Assurance : Support quality assurance initiatives, ensuring compliance with medical standards, protocols, and regulations
• Emergency Response Coordination : Coordinate and assist in emergency medical response activities, ensuring preparedness and effective response
• Collaboration with Departments : Collaborate with various departments such as nursing, finance, and administration to ensure seamless medical services
• Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced efficiency in medical service coordination
