Apollo Tele health Services is looking for Executive - Q & T ( Medical Services )to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive specializing in Quality and Training within our Medical Services department
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our medical services maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance with regulations while also developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff
  • This position requires a strong background in both quality assurance and training methodologies within the medical field

Key Responsibilities :

  • Quality Assurance : Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance programs and processes to ensure that all medical services meet regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess the quality of medical services, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall quality of medical services
  • Analyze data and metrics related to quality performance to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
  • Training and Development : Design, develop, and deliver training programs and materials to support the ongoing professional development of medical staff
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars on various topics related to medical services, including compliance with regulations, best practices, and new procedures
  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations, and develop training plans to address identified gaps
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics, and make adjustments as needed to ensure continuous improvement
  • Compliance and Regulatory Affairs : Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines governing the provision of medical services, and ensure compliance with all applicable requirements
  • Collaborate with regulatory affairs team to maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and updates, and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance
  • Assist in preparing for and participating in regulatory inspections and audits, and ensure timely resolution of any identified compliance issues
  • Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of quality assurance activities, training programs, and compliance efforts
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on quality metrics, training initiatives, and compliance status for management review
  • Communicate findings, recommendations, and updates to relevant stakeholders and ensure that all documentation is in accordance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
