Job Description :
We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products and services, generate leads, and achieve sales targets.
The role involves making outbound calls, explaining product features and benefits, addressing customer queries, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. The candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle objections effectively.
In addition to sales calls, the Telesales Executive will update customer information in the CRM system, follow up on leads, and work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Present and promote products / services to achieve sales targets.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow up on leads and build long-term customer relationships.
Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
1–3 years of telesales or customer service experience.
Strong communication, persuasion, and multitasking skills.
