Role : Application Support

Location : Thane, MAH (Hybrid)

Workdays : 5 days

Pickup & Drop available : Central & Western

Join us if you like to :

Monitor and Manage OLTP applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve, issues related to application including bugs and system failures.
Provide real-time support to users and stakeholders by resolving their technical queries.
Augment and Integrate leading-edge tools and technologies
Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, business users, project managers and other engineers to achieve elegant solutions.

What youll need to bring :

Bachelors or Masters Degree Engineering / Computer Science / B.Tech / M.Tech / B.ScIT / M.ScIT / BE / ME / BCA / MCA.

Experience in Application Support and Technical Support.

Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.

Experience with trading platforms and financial services.

Very strong experience with SQL.

Hands-on with scripting languages - preferably Python but bash will also do.

Hands-on AWS skills, techies with certifications from AWS are particularly encouraged to apply - AWS API Gateway, Lambda, EC2, RDS, SQS, S3, CloudWatch.

Battle-tested production monitoring experience in a D2C environment with at least 40-50k users daily.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
