Job Title : HR Business Partner

Job Summary : We are looking for a skilled HR Business Partner who will also have a strong focus on HR Business Partnering.
Key Responsibilities :
HR Business Partnering :
Work closely with business units to understand their human resources needs and support the execution of HR strategies.
Provide guidance on employee development, retention strategies, and workforce planning to drive business success.
Manage and support performance management processes, providing insights into employee development and potential training needs.
MIS Reporting & Data Analytics :
Develop and maintain HR-related dashboards and reports, including training metrics, employee engagement, turnover rates, and other KPIs to track HR and L&D effectiveness.
Use data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improving HR processes and learning outcomes.
Employee Engagement & Organizational Development :
Support the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive organizational culture.
Assist in the design and implementation of organizational development strategies, focusing on leadership development, employee retention, and succession planning.
Promote a continuous learning culture by encouraging employees to participate in training programs and career development opportunities.
Stakeholder Management :
Partner with cross-functional teams, including HR, talent acquisition, and senior management, to align HR and learning strategies with organizational objectives.
Required Qualifications :
Post Graduate degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience of 6-9 years in HR Business Partner role, with a solid understanding of business functions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modelling, macros, etc.).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to partner effectively with stakeholders and influence decision-making.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
