Accountant

About the Role

We are looking for a sincere, detail-oriented, and mature Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting operations, GST compliance, Tally, and bank reconciliation. We are looking for someone who can independently handle day-to-day accounting activities with accuracy and professionalism.

Position Details

• Designation: Accountant
• Location: Sun Gravitas, Vejalpur, Ahmedabad
• Gender: Male / Female
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally
• Prepare and file GST returns and ensure GST compliance
• Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
• Manage Purchase Entries and vendor accounts
• Record receipts, payments, and journal entries
• Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for accounting-related matters
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP
• Good understanding of GST
• Experience in Bank Reconciliation
• Knowledge of Purchase Accounting
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Mature, responsible, and trustworthy personality

Preferred Candidate

• 2-5 years of accounting experience
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Immediate joiners will be preferred

Salary: Up to 35,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
