Pricing and Profitability Consultant – Personal and Private Banking

Job Summary

We are looking for a strategic Pricing and Profitability Consultant to join our Customer Risk team. This role will drive initiatives across unsecured, secured, and insurance products to optimize risk-adjusted returns, define risk appetite, and simulate lending strategies using customer-level profitability insights and scenario models.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop account-level profitability models by defining revenue and cost drivers tailored to product types and segments.
• Conduct deep dives into profitability by product, risk, price, and customer cohort, identifying high-ROE and low-retention segments.
• Define risk appetite thresholds, simulate risk-return trade-offs, and design concentration risk limits aligned with portfolio strategy.
• Create and monitor price-point strategies to unlock margin value and customer lifetime profitability.
• Translate customer behavior and CLTV insights into segment-specific lending strategies.
• Run lending strategy simulations under macro, portfolio, and customer behavior scenarios to guide tactical decisions.
• Work with product and finance stakeholders to shape Go / No-Go decisions and long-term capital planning.
• Support the build-out of performance dashboards and visualize pricing, profitability, and strategy metrics using Power BI or similar tools.
