The role
As a Workforce Planner, you’ll keep things moving making sure customers get the right support at the right time. It’s fast-paced, people-focused work that blends rostering, problem solving, and clear communication. If you’ve thrived in call centres, banking, scheduling or other high-volume roles, you’ll fit right in.
This position works on a rotating monthly roster Monday to Friday, between 6am – 6pm (depending on call volumes)
