Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise in SAP S / 4HANA Finance and Controlling. The ideal candidate will have end-to-end implementation and rollout experience, hands-on S / 4HANA configuration skills, and deep knowledge of integration between FI, CO, MM, and SD modules.
The role involves leading design workshops, configuring financial and controlling processes, performing data migration, and supporting finance transformation projects on the S / 4HANA platform.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP S / 4HANA FICO implementations and rollouts.
- Perform blueprint design, configuration, testing (UAT), cutover, and go-live support for Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.
- Configure key areas of General Ledger (New GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting (EBS, DME).
- Configure Controlling (CO) components such as Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders (IO), Product Costing (CO-PC), and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
- Work on Material Ledger (ML), Actual Costing, WIP / Variance analysis, and Production Order Settlement.
- Integrate FI with MM, SD, and PP modules for seamless business processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and prepare functional specifications (FS / FDs) for RICEFW objects.
- Manage data migration activities (LSMW, BDC, IDOCs) and validate financial data.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes and troubleshoot issues.
- Provide post-implementation support, user training, and documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for testing, issue resolution, and system enhancements.
Must-Have Skills :
Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO with S / 4HANA Finance (preferably multiple implementations).In-depth understanding of New GL concepts, Parallel Accounting, and Document Splitting.Expertise in Product Costing, Material Ledger, and Actual Costing.Working knowledge of integration between FI–MM, FI–SD, and FI–PP.Good understanding of SAP Activate methodology and project management lifecycle.Ability to prepare and execute UAT test cases, functional specifications, and configuration documents.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
