Job descriptionDrive sales growth for existing brands by developing merchandising strategies. Track performance and provide actionable insights to maximize sell-through. Support marketing and promotional activities to strengthen brand recall. Identify and onboard new designers that align with the company’s vision. Negotiate commercial terms and agreements with new and existing partners. Develop long-term, mutually beneficial collaborations. Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion merchandising. Strong network and relationships within the fashion industry, especially with designers and multi-designer stores . Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical ability and a keen eye for fashion trends. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a hybrid environment . Competitive compensation (₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on experience). Opportunity to work closely with leading designers and fashion houses. About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Fashion Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing relationships with designers and multi-designer stores, while also contributing to the growth and visibility of our brand portfolio. This role requires a balance of creativity, strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Designer & Store Management
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing designers and multi-designer stores.
- Coordinate merchandise flow, product selection, and seasonal placements.
- Ensure timely deliveries, product visibility, and brand positioning across partner stores.
