Computer Vision Engineer

We are seeking a passionate and skilled

Computer Vision Developer

to join our dynamic innovation group. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy first-in-class computer vision and image processing solutions that power Marsh McLennan’s global AI transformation initiatives. You will collaborate across global teams to build best-in-class AI-driven applications that enhance business decision-making and deliver measurable business impact.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience (2+ years) in computer vision development, including hands-on work with image / video processing and deep learning models.

Strong programming skills in Python.

Experience with computer vision libraries and frameworks such as OpenCV, PyTorch, or similar.

Experience in building object detection and segmentation using YoLo and Diffusion models

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and agile environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous learning and innovation.

Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with global and local teams.

What You’ll Do

Be an integral part of Marsh McLennan’s innovation group, driving the creation of cutting-edge computer vision solutions that set industry standards.

Develop and implement computer vision algorithms and models for real-world applications such as image recognition, object detection, video analytics, and document processing.

Collaborate with technology groups and business stakeholders to integrate computer vision solutions into enterprise platforms.

Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy using state-of-the-art deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch).

Stay abreast of the latest research and trends in computer vision and AI and apply innovative techniques to solve complex business problems.

Contribute to knowledge sharing, mentoring, and upskilling initiatives within the GCC and across global teams.

Receive and provide great mentorship to accelerate your professional growth and help others succeed.

Engage in cross-border collaboration and rotational programs to gain exposure to global operations and leadership.
