Executive - Social Media

About the role

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and trend-savvy Social Media Executive who can bring Plum's voice to life across digital platforms. This role blends storytelling, strategy, and community building — where every post, reel, and reply strengthens our relationship with our audience and amplifies the brand's presence.

You'll be part of a team that moves fast, experiments boldly, and balances brand consistency with fresh, thumb-stopping ideas.

What you'll do

• Manage Plum's social media handles (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.) with a consistent and engaging brand voice.
• Plan and execute daily content calendars — ensuring relevance, timeliness, and creative excellence.
• Work with creative, influencer, and design teams to craft engaging stories, reels, and campaigns.
• Track trends, viral moments, and emerging formats to keep Plum's content culture-first and ahead of the curve.
• Engage with followers and community members — responding authentically and building meaningful brand conversations.
• Collaborate with performance, PR, and e-commerce teams to integrate content strategy with business objectives.
• Monitor analytics, create monthly performance reports, and share insights for improving reach, engagement, and conversions
