Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Mechanical & Mechatronics Projects Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for overseeing the installation and commissioning of heavy-duty machinery, mechanical and mechatronics automation equipments, robot systems, automated welding systems, to name a few of the functions. You will help in user training and supporting customers in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, study existing mechanical systems and analyse scope for improvement, and help customers in ensuring optimal performance of automated and mechanical components. The selected engineer will work closely with a team of professionals to ensure machineries operate efficiently and meets industry standards.

Qualifications

Minimum Experience of 2 years in Mechanical / Mechatronics hardcore engineering installation & commissioning or maintenance or plant engineering or plant automation services. This is not a desk based job and requires work inside manufacturing or factory environment.

Skills in maintenance, installation, commissioning and inspection of heavy-duty machinery and systems

Knowledge of Automation systems and components

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Strong communication and teamwork skills with ability to lead a team of technicians and junior engineers

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics from India Universities.

Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment can also be considered.

Position & Emoluments

This is an above start level engineer position. This is not a senior management role

Candidates with experience of 1 to 7 years are requested to apply

Candidates must be willing to travel within India to various work sites

Candidates are required to note that this is not a desk-bound job but that this essentially ONSITE / ON WORKSITE job role

The offered CTC will vary between ₹35,000 / month to ₹55,000 / month depending upon education, experience and their capabilities as noted during the personal interviews.

The preference is for immediate joinees.

Travel Requirements

This work calls for regular work site visits and travel across India. This position may also require international travel if the need arises. This job requires preparedness for plant visits.
