Key Responsibilities :
- Create, update, and maintain Item Master Data in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (product codes, descriptions, categories, pack sizes, etc.
- Maintain accurate vendor master data, including pricing, lead times, and key attributes.
- Regularly update transit time data for vendordistribution center combinations.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency by running regular audits and validations.
- Collaborate with sourcing, planning, and procurement teams to resolve data-related issues.
- Generate and publish daily, weekly, and monthly reports (operations, vendor performance, inventory, supply chain KPIs, etc.
- Consolidate data from multiple systems for management dashboards and scorecards.
- Support ad-hoc reporting needs of business and senior leadership.
- Continuously automate and optimize reporting processes using Excel, Power BI, and ERP tools.
- Maintain change logs and documentation for item master, vendor master, and pricing updates.
- Assist with internal audits and compliance through timely and accurate data reporting.
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce manual work and Skills Systems :
- Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (or similar ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Experience in item master, vendor master, and pricing modules
- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation)
- Experience with Excel Macros / VBA (preferred but not mandatory)
- Power BI Basic to intermediate skills in report creation and dashboarding
- Ability to work with CSV / Excel data dumps, consolidate large datasets, and ensure high Tools :
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with collaboration tools like SharePoint, Teams, or Google Workspace Skills & Competencies :
- High attention to data accuracy and integrity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments
- Self-motivated with a process-oriented and detail-driven approach
- Ability to handle large datasets and extract meaningful :
- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields
- 1 to 3 years of experience in MIS / Reporting / Master Data Management, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution industries
