Job Summary :

- We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant with strong expertise in Salesforce implementation, customization, and integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle and a proven track record of delivering successful Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Participate in all phases of Salesforce project delivery, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.

- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Build and optimize Salesforce Flows and automation processes.

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and support system enhancements.

- Follow Salesforce development best practices and maintain high-quality code standards.

Required Experience & Skills :

- 5 to 5.5 years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience.

- Minimum 3 end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and LWC.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.

- Experience with Salesforce Flows and process automation.

- Knowledge of Git and CI/CD practices.

- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.

- Experience working in a client-facing consulting environment.

- Strong stakeholder management skills.

Required Certifications :

- Salesforce Platform Developer.

- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant.

- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant.

Note :

- Minimum of one end-to-end Salesforce implementation project involving Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
