Job Title :  Onboarding Specialist – Flexi PitchesAbout Flexi Pitches : Flexi Pitches brings together Top 1% leaders, founders, and investors through curated Demo Nights and award showcases. Every interaction counts — and that starts with how we onboard startups, mentors, and partners.We’re looking for someone who can make every onboarding feel personal, structured, and effortless.Key Responsibilities : Manage the complete onboarding journey for startups, mentors, and event participants.Coordinate form submissions, documentation, and approvals with precision.Communicate onboarding steps clearly via email, Whats App, or calls.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff from outreach to participation.Track onboarding metrics and maintain updated databases of registered startups and leaders.Identify and fix friction points in the onboarding process.Assist during events to ensure all participants are guided and supported.Skills & Requirements : 1–3 years of experience in client onboarding, operations, or community management.Excellent written and verbal communication.Strong organizational and coordination skills.Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, Forms, and CRM dashboards.Positive, problem-solving attitude — someone who loves helping others succeed.What You’ll Get : Access to our flagship Top 1% Leaders Roundtables and Demo Nights.Mentorship from founders and community heads.Performance-based stipend and certificate per event.Chance to grow into Community or Operations Lead roles across the Flexi ecosystem.
