Key Responsibilities :
Project Planning & Execution
- Assist in developing detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate resources, materials, and manpower for successful project execution.
Team & Stakeholder Management
Supervise project teams and provide guidance to junior staff.Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to senior management.Budget & Resource Management
Assist in preparing project budgets and cost estimates.Track expenses and ensure efficient utilization of resources.Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid cost overruns or delays.Quality & Compliance
Ensure all projects comply with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.Conduct inspections and quality checks to maintain high project standards.Maintain documentation for audits, reports, and future reference.Reporting & Documentation
Prepare project reports, progress summaries, and performance metrics.Maintain accurate records of project activities, decisions, and communications.Support senior management in project review and evaluation.Continuous Improvement
Identify process improvements and contribute to standardization of project management practices.Implement lessons learned from previous projects to enhance efficiency and quality.Support adoption of project management tools and software.Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.8–12 years of experience in project management, preferably in [relevant industry].Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in MS Office, project management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).Skills Required
