Job description

We are hiring for a Project Manager for Pune location at BiofuelCircle.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Project Management : Coordinate various projects as per Pilot Program, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Sales & Business Development : Market search, identify potential clients, and develop pitch decks, marketing presentations.
  • Project and Proposal Documentation : Develop Proposals, Estimates, and Execution plans
  • Market Analysis : Research industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
  • Reporting & Documentation : Manage Program MIS, Prepare reports on project progress, sales performance, and market insights.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to align project and sales goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Handson experience in Project Management, PM Tools and Customer Handling
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Travelling Requirements : 10%
