Assistant Manager - IT Automation & Imports

Job descriptionMaintain effective relationships with mall management and franchisees Resolve operational issues with the help of the Head Office Approve trade credit notes and monitor scheme implementations Ensure timely reimbursement of store expenses Support store managers in enforcing operational policies and compliance Ensure timely installation of EDC machines, setup of cash pickup, insurance, and legal compliance Follow store closure processes to ensure compliance and prevent financial losses Approve expenses based on Capex policies and within approved budgets Conduct regular account reconciliations Secure sign-offs and NOCs in compliance with policy Ensure all stores have up-to-date legal certificates and notices Conduct fortnightly store visits Provide legal and commercial support for smooth store functioning

Education : B.Com
Work Experience : 4 to 6 years

- Drive reduction in receivables from franchisee and retail stores
- Coordinate with stores for daily cash deposit and credit card settlement
- Manage cheque and cash pickup coverage across franchisee locations
